About IAEDS

The Institute for Arts, Economy and Diplomatic Studies (IAEDS) is a subsidiary of the Center for Strategy and Cultural Diplomacy (CSCD), which is registered in Pakistan, Indonesia, and the United States (as Global Diplomacy LLC).

IAEDS is dedicated to quality virtual learning, alumni engagement, and global knowledge exchange. Our programs focus on arts, economy, diplomacy, and strategic studies, fostering intercultural understanding and academic dialogue.

Certificates issued by IAEDS are independent Certificates of Participation and do not represent government-accredited or university degree programs.


Terms and Conditions

1. Participation

  • Programs are open to eligible participants worldwide.
  • Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information when submitting interest forms or registrations.
  • IAEDS reserves the right to verify applications and may decline participation where false or misleading information is identified.

2. Voluntary Nature

  • IAEDS programs are primarily voluntary learning and teaching opportunities.
  • Instructors and mentors contributing to IAEDS programs do so on a voluntary basis, unless a separate written agreement is made.

3. Conduct & Integrity

All participants and instructors agree to:

  • Treat others with respect and inclusivity.
  • Avoid discrimination, harassment, or disruptive conduct.
  • Maintain academic integrity by avoiding plagiarism or misrepresentation.

4. Certificates

  • IAEDS awards Certificates of Participation to eligible participants who complete programs, workshops, or forums.
  • Certificates are independent recognitions issued by IAEDS/CSCD and are not equivalent to accredited university diplomas or state-recognized qualifications.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Course content, lectures, and materials remain the intellectual property of their authors and/or IAEDS.
  • Materials are provided for personal learning only and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • IAEDS provides programs on an “as-is” basis. While we strive for quality, IAEDS does not guarantee specific outcomes such as employment or academic credit.
  • IAEDS and CSCD are not liable for disruptions caused by internet failures, technical issues, or external circumstances.

7. Amendments

  • IAEDS reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be published on the IAEDS website, with the updated date shown.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed under the applicable laws of Indonesia, Pakistan, and the United States, depending on program administration.

Privacy Policy

IAEDS values your privacy and data protection. We follow international best practices, inspired by CSCD’s policies and aligned with GDPR-style standards.

We may collect the following personal data when you register or participate:

  • Name, email address, and contact details
  • Educational or professional background (as shared in your application)
  • Payment information (processed securely via third-party providers)

2. Use of Data

Your information is used only for:

  • Processing applications and registrations
  • Issuing certificates and confirmations
  • Communicating updates about IAEDS programs and alumni initiatives

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party platforms to manage forms and payments:

  • Cognito Forms (for application/interest form submissions)
  • Stripe and PayPal (for processing secure payments, where applicable)

These providers have their own privacy and security standards. IAEDS does not store full payment details on its servers.

4. Data Sharing

  • IAEDS does not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.
  • Data may only be shared if required by law or with your explicit consent.

5. Data Security

  • All personal information is stored securely and accessed only by authorized IAEDS/CSCD staff.
